Update the traffic receiver firmware using webupdater check to see that you are in a coverage area of your traffic subscription based upon the supplier. Traffic receiver is not working although in garmin website it is compatible with gmt 36. Garmin support center is where you will find answers to frequently asked questions and resources to help with all of your garmin products. I had this issue once with my 2595.

However ive noticed that the traffic cable is not even necessary simply remove the cable and it works just fine at least that is the experience on my nuvi 2598 lmt so this is a software glitch that is made visible by a faulty cable connection. Dont buy this if you are not sure im going to return this product. Kudos to garmin for the never timeout on that erroneous error dialog that is so damn helpful.

5 answers. My nuvi 2555lmt doesnt work with this. But this one doesnt work. My nuvi 775t traffic was flaky at the best of times but has stopped working altogether in the uk it s ok using the same cable in the us so don t know what s going on but i suspect that the service has been changed i noticed that the subscription page says auto searching all the time when i pressed the button a whole load of fm frequencies came up in the 97 104 mhz range not seen.

My existing gtm 36 receiver is not working. My existing gtm 36 receiver is not working. I called garmin and they replaced the cable no charge and added my optional total traffic subscription to it. I believe it was probably worn or got messed up from all the connecting and removing over time.

The issue turned out to be the connector at the end of the traffic receiver cable. My existing gtm 36 receiver is not working. Question will the gtm 60 traffic receiver work with a garmin nuvi 2595 lm.
